He therefore brings the best experiences of both worlds. In his careers coaching practice, he has extensively been involved with helping clients develop UCAS statements for UK university applications, helping the clients make career choices based on the contemporary global job markets, CV reviews and interview preparations. Kennedy holds four degrees from various universities across the globe in subject matters ranging from Power Engineering to Natural Sciences. Kennedy is passionate about education and helping people realise their full potential.

Lewis is the Director of Teaching and Learning for the Department of Education at Brunel University where he supports colleagues with the implementation of teaching activities. Besides this, Lewis is an ILM Level 5 certified mentor and coach. He has worked in Education for over a decade, with several responsibilities centred on leadership and agile management.
Lewis is also the Director of a successful Education company operating for 8 years, now with 30 staff members. His primary responsibility here is the coaching and development of his staff. He holds a First Class MSc in Psychology, a Distinction MA Education with Leadership and Management and a Doctorate in leadership for Education.
